If you do not agree to these Terms of Use in their entirety, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Services.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to promptly update such information as necessary. Lavasi employs industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your Personal Data; however, you acknowledge that Lavasi cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted over the internet.

3. Use of Information

Lavasi may utilize your Personal Data for: The provision of healthcare services and management of your care, Communication regarding appointments, treatment options, and relevant health information, Sending promotional material or information regarding services, provided that you have given explicit consent for such communications. 4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, clients shall hereby and forever release Lavasi, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates of any and all liability to the extent which exceeds any payments actually paid to Lavasi. Lavasi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of or access to the Services. This limitation of liability applies irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether or not Lavasi was advised of the possibility thereof.

5. Conduct

In using the Services, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner that respects the rights and dignity of other patients, staff, and practitioners. Failure to adhere to the guidelines and policies established by Lavasi may result in the termination of your access to the Services.

6. Health Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare provider regarding your health condition prior to engaging in any treatment or services provided by Lavasi. You must disclose all relevant medical history, any medications that you’ve taken in the last four months, preexisting health conditions and personal health information to enable proper care and management.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to understand the cancellation and refund policies applicable to the Services. We require 6 days notice to change, cancel or reschedule the reservation, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lavasi and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms of Use or your use of the Services.

9. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms of Use be deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Lavasi concerning your access and use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials provided by Lavasi, including textual, graphical, and multimedia content, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided by Lavasi without prior written consent.

12. Amendment of Terms

Lavasi reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Any such amendments shall take effect upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services following such amendments shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.

13. Conduct During Your Visit

All requirements pertaining to conduct as set forth in these Terms and Conditions. This removal may occur at any time during your visit and shall be without refund.

13a. Approval and Compliance

All patients and attendees must obtain prior approval from Lavasi through established registration and screening protocols. The Company reserves the right to remove any individual who fails to comply with the appropriate registration, security procedures, Release/Activity waivers, or any conduct requirements outlined herein. This removal may occur at any time during your visit and shall be without refund.

13b. Codes of Conduct

During your visit to Lavasi, you agree to adhere to the following codes of conduct:

Respect for Practices: You shall respect the medical practices and traditions upheld by Lavasi.

Adherence to Guidelines: You shall follow all indications and guidelines provided by Lavasi and its healthcare staff.

Consideration for Others: You shall respect the healing processes of yourself and fellow patients, and the personal boundaries of all individuals present.

Space and Peace: You acknowledge that all patients are engaged in individual processes that warrant personal space and tranquility. Vocalizations of personal experiences or physical contact with others during your visit are strictly prohibited.

Respectful Engagement: You shall exhibit respect toward all patients and staff associated with Lavasi.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Lavasi maintains a zero-tolerance policy concerning drug use, personal medications, or supplements on the premise–all of these items must be turned over to our medical staff upon arrival, sexual harassment, misogyny, and racism. Any such behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

Prohibition of Sexual Activity: Engaging in sexual activity is strictly prohibited within the facility.

13c. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions will result in immediate removal from the premises, at the discretion of the staff, without notice or refund:

Sexual Harassment: Any form of sexual harassment directed at patients or staff, encompassing verbal and non-verbal insinuations as well as any form of physical contact.

Safety Risks: Actions that compromise the safety of yourself or others, including possession of drugs, medications, supplements, travel tools such as pocket knives or utility knives.

Disruptive Behavior: Any repetitive disruptive behavior that creates discomfort for other patients or significantly interferes with the care process.

Leaving Appointments: Exiting an appointment or consultation without proper notification or consent from the medical staff.

Recording Equipment: The unauthorized presence of any recording device, including mobile phones, during consultations or appointments.

Substance Use: The use of any substances, prescribed or otherwise, without the explicit consent of the healthcare staff is strictly prohibited.

Departure from Premises: Leaving the facility without prior arrangements or explicit consent from the healthcare staff is not permitted. Prior arrangements include notifying staff of your departure.

14. Health Precautions

You are required to consult with a licensed healthcare provider regarding any necessary vaccinations or medications prior to engaging in any services at Lavasi. You assume all responsibilities associated with health requirements necessary for treatment and are expected to follow the medical advice relevant to your care.

15. Disclaimer

You acknowledge that participation in any treatment or service provided by Lavasi involves inherent risks. You accept full responsibility for any outcomes and agree to release Lavasi, its affiliates, and related parties from any liability arising from your participation. Ibogaine treatment carries several significant risks and should only be undertaken with appropriate medical supervision. Potential adverse effects include cardiac complications, such as arrhythmia neurological impacts, including intense psychological experiences and hallucinations, as well as liver toxicity, particularly in those with existing liver health issues. Ibogaine may pose severe risks to those with pre-existing heart conditions or mental health disorders like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. Ibogaine may interact dangerously with other substances, leading to increased chances of adverse effects, and there have been reported fatalities connected to its use. Customer or patient takes full responsibility of any treatment sought in connection with the Company, its affiliates, parents, or subsidiaries, and further releases and holds harmless the Company, its affiliates, parents, and subsidiaries of any and all claims arising out of or that may occur from receiving services through the Company, its affiliates, parents, and subsidiaries.
